If I owned a program and were hiring an afffiliate manager, I'd make sure that that manager knew how to generate traffic, and in a variety of ways. Even if his/her job isn't to generate income for the company, they need to at least know how to deal with affiliates sending a variety of traffic: free sites, mgp/tgp galleries, blogs, mail, etc.

i'm tired of running everything. i wanna kick back and manage my traffic and network. i think it is kinda funny how lots of people don't even know what people do anymore. lol.
