First, goto www.VideoCharge.com download is free (20 day trial). The program is only $99.00. You need ot run it through Video Charge, make you video much higher then 320X240. Run on a high bandwidth cut - increase frame to 60per sec. This does not take a lot of extra space, bit rate is the same as 29.3, but it is worth it because it smooths your quality of your video.
