When the Brits figure that opening a bank account with Cash shouldn't take 3 weeks plus 2 forms of goverment ID and utilities bill and a tenancy agreement.
Or that gettting a debit card shoudn't be a credit check plus 6 months waiting.
That we don't need a the British film review boards cutting a porn just because we left a window open on set and that ment children MIGHT have been in the vincinity during filming.
Or getting an HIV test shouldn't require a week wait.
They will stop being a distant 3rd in the world.

As for the Italians...
Well they are in 5th place but they appear to not care and frankly what's wrong with their nation is what makes them Italian so they can be forgiven.
As for the Germans....
