LOL, Tony will be please to hear that - one of his pet peeves is the phone ringing more than a couple of times at the office. IIRC, if it didn't get answered in 2 rings at the old offices where they weren't all so spread out, T answered it himself
I've also heard stories from people I trust that their tech problems are fixed w/o minutes of hitting the "send" button on emails.
I know LBBV called me on a Sunday afternoon to work on a problem - which wasn't even theirs, it was my phone company. But he spent several hours with me and them on a Sunday afternoon and I not only am I not a whale, or a big fish, or even a fish - I'm a little egg and he did that
