So if someone offered you a chance to win a beach house on Bahamas you wouldnt be interested?
Most places in the world real estate only increase in value, in a place like that you could use it just for vacation time, you could rent it out or sell it.
It wouldnt make a difference to the house if the "winner" was from EU, US or Russia so would be something all webmasters could use/own.
