Discounting the last category, let's look at the first. Races do not change much in appearance 200 years. Unless they inter marry, which happens in EU or change diet.

So point out the differences between a girl from Ireland and a US girl from Boston with the surname Kelly.

Or are you saying the difference would be a girl in the US called Smith looking different from a girl called Luciano?
