If you're selling it as a personality site and the text reads first person perspective from the girl ie: "Hi! Welcome to my site! I am so glad you stopped by!" then you had better be honest with them. They will want to know everything about her, and if the bio doesn't add up, they will question the validity of the site and likely not renew.
And yes, outlets are fairly obvious clues as are vehicles, appliances, and other common aspects of home life. Why not just write that she's a euro girl?
