What happened is we blocked a webmaster of ours who was commiting fraud and then used an american collect service to receive these funds. We managed to get this collect service blocked so he couldnt get any money out. To get us to unblock it, he offered all these databases to us! unfuckingbelievable!! We declined obviously, but sure makes u think.
