If America ever becomes a 3rd world nation I bet you any money we sure will sneak into other countries but that's not gonna happen anytime soon. Will take too long before Bush and his offsprings in the future to drain out all the wealth the country has atleast not in this Bush Jr.'s lifetime it's not gonna happen but maybe his next generation will complete that mission lol.
