And this is how we know it's all just posturing to improve performance ratings in his support base.
If anyone really wanted to protect children and others from inadvertantly seeing porn, ICRA has been around for years and works.
It won't happen for two reasons:
1.) The goal is pandering to constituents and gaining votes and improved poll ratings.
2.) ICRA is a non-profit corporation.
