I live in the small street in the centre of Amsterdam front of very popular coffee shop and every morning we have kids rolling joints between breaks in school here LOL and guess what .. Most dutch young smokers quit after age of 20-22 ..
When you say NO to kid he will get it anyway and abuse it .. When you say no problem, he will try it and quit...
