1) With the other 2 options listed above, the script also offers a 'locked down' mode, where the users are given fixed messages that they can enter just one or two words (such as their name), or it will GeoIP their City or town, or membership name, whatever. something that could/should also be done is to log the new messages& ip to a txt file , or actually log the views for popular pics along with referring url and the message, then just review it every once in awhile
