I think people trying to flee their current environment due to distress is a decent determining factor.
And yes, I'll be the first to admit my statement's a bit harsh. I find it troubling and very saddening that groups of humans can't find a sustainable balance in their part of the world. I think they should be helped, to an extent.
I will, however, never support the illegal proliferation of such groups that can't seem to sustain themselves into other groups that are sustaining themselves (or trying to, regardless of how fucked the leaders in the government are).
