Both Brad and Cory need to get out more and see the world
Costa Rica is one of the three top "in" real estate countries in the world at the moment (Biz Weekly survey) with property values rising a crazy levels. An estimate given as an "average" capital increase last year for properties on the Pacific Coast was between 40% - 60%.
Panama is another good location and prob better from a business/tax side. Tell your scout to check out the Panamanian border area with Costa Rica - nice!
