Also, I like how you ask the question "Should small business owners be the ones who pay?". You should get a job on a campaign, because thats exactly the bullshit spin people get paid six figures to come up with. People are always talking about small business this, small business that. It conjurs up the image of ma and pa running a small store. Well guess what? All of those fucking stores are gone now. There really isnt any such thing as a small business these days. There are big businesses and mega businesses. The few small business owners that havent been bankrupted by the ignorant consumers that inhabit this country or the tax and spend government that is in power arent paying for illegals because by and large they dont hire them. Its the biggest companies that are hiring these pukes because its cheaper than hiring a non-criminal.
So should we put the business owners in jail? If I kill somebody, should I go to jail? How about if I import a barge full of weed? How about if I pick off a few of my least favorite politicans? Yes, of course they should go to jail. Jail is where criminals, that is, people who break the law, go. If we arent going to put them in jail for breaking this law, why do I have to go to jail if I break a law?
And yes, its a step in the right direction. And its about fucking time. And I still dont see why everyone wont round them up into camps and deport them.
