making it easier I agree too and nuff with the vigilate harassment cause there's no guidelines for vigils but legal patrol there should be more. if the desparate people still try it's too bad for them. you know no matter how easy it's been made to come legally some people will still try to come illegally cause they are crazy in the head hehe.
