In your obvious and considerable experience dealing with Visa/MC, you surely are aware of the fact that it doesn't come six months before the deadline, it comes a few weeks at best.
And would one week really have made any difference so far as rebills were concerned? NO. Take your [H] out of your ass and use it for something besides an enema.

Something to think about
: In the short time I have watched this segment of the adult industry, I have learned that 90% of adult businesses would rather screw people to make a buck than treat them well. Sad. but hard to deny. I am not 100% convinced that the billers fall outside that 90%... Not that I am sure they are screwing us, but, well... who knows.
I too think we should have been given more time, and that the billers could have negotiated a setup that didn't screw so many people* so badly. Not that they did nothing, but hey, they get their chunk of the fees, and pass the pressure on to us 100%. Also, I still don't have an official email from CCBill... why didn't something go out to *everyone* as soon as this was finalized?
*Small webmasters (whose chargebacks are lowest!) and Canadians? Is that really the group that should have been targetted to solve the problems of the adult industry?
