That way there's not much anyone can do except pay the extortion fee and continue to pay processing fees for nothing, when instead, if they'd had time, they could have possibly pursued their own merchant account and been set up properly.
But I don't think they were counting on Globill not joining the *good ol boys club* with them, and that threw yet another monkey wrench into the master plan.
