Obviously the kids werent of sound mind but that is no excuse. Those batteries dont just lie on the floor. They "planned" that, it is obvious. Everything they did was planned.
They knew what they did was wrong and are not being punished for it, just another three years older and the police would have been able to do something about it.
Im ashamaed about the UKs justice system, there is not justice. There is far too many sickening things over here, just like everywhere else, but the difference in the states is that when people are bad they get punished. Over here they get a slap on the wrist and told they get a new life, anonyminity, new job etc..

next time you see a ten year old boy, ask yourself.. how much evil plotting do you think this child is capable of doing? when i was ten years old i had the attentionspan of a hyperactive squirrel and plotting anything other then what to do for the next 2 seconds was far out of my mental reach.
