Who knows. I think it is possible that maybe two or three months from now that Visa will come out with yet MORE new rules to plug up whatever loophole Globill has found. Then again, maybe not. Maybe it is not a "loophole". But either way, Globill gets points in my book for at least figuring out a better way to handle this for now. That indicates that they are on their toes more so than others.
