...coming from someone who has to "try" if i want to say in decent shape...the other guys is right...its much more simple than people want to make it out to be. The reason is because people would rather talk about what they are going to do than do it. Same goes with work, which is why business consulting is fun sometimes

But as far as diets go...it doesnt take a rocket scientist to know what eating healthy means. Eat more meals, smaller portions, less overall calories...stay away from the super fatty stuff....Cut down on DRINKING...beer, mixed drinks, shots, soda...

Start the day off with some exercise (taking the dog out or chasing your kids around is not exercise). Go for a 3-5 mile run. Before you know it, you dont have a diet....you'll have a lifestyle.
