Ask her if she wants to get a pizza and fuck. When she get's that surprised look on her face you then say, what you dont like pizza?!?!

Confidence is first. Dont seem afraid or shy. Women love a confident man. be funny but not corny. Crack some type of joke that will make her smile and realize that you are cool. Make it seem like you want her number but you're totally ok if she says no. Women can sense when you're desperate. And like everyone else said, sit in her section, talk to her for a few minutes but not to long because you dont want to seem like a pest. Give her a line like "I would like to treat you to dinner, let someone serve you for a change". Women like that type of stuff and you never know.
You could always say "I'd like to kidnap you and take advantage of you". That ACTUALLY works on the right type of chic (i've successfully pulled it off). Some will say "oh yea, take advantage of me like how?" then you go into how you would do it or you tell her it's better if you show her. This approach is only for those with elevated game of course. I would not suggest you try it until you learn how to pull a chic simply on eye contact.
