Dont leave a massive tip with your number on it and leave. She isnt a whore on sale so don't insult her like one.
Likely she has a boyfriend (harsh reality) and its easy to confuse her being nice with wanting to date you. I would aim for something thats not too awkward for either of you.
When you leave, pay and let her know you'd like to go have a cup of coffee or a drink sometime if she's interested and if she is you gave your number with your bill. Dont put her on the spot with a yes or no... Just let her know you're interested and she may call.
