Yes,
but it's not the website operators that are the scammers. It's the dishonest consumer who has figured out he can either a) pay $2.95, jerk off and cancel or b) pay $29.95, jerk off and chargeback. Visa et al have allowed this to go on and put the onus on the merchants. That's a load of shit in my opinion. Why don't they make it fucking harder to chargeback goods that were bought and used?
