I've used aWhiz on over 35 different domains, over two different clients. I didn't say it was licensed to me, I was doing work on it for clients.
To be honest, when you say aWIZ has all the features of CARMA, you're being dishonest. It's just that simple.
I'm unsure of your attitude, so I'm just assuming you're being nice, and I'll happily play along.
