I have used ALL the CMS systems listed above, in a variety of situations.
1. aWiz - Cheaper option. It has some nice features, but it always felt 'cheap' to me.
PRO: Cheap, some nice features
CON: Cheap
2. SiteDepth - a very good option for in the middle of the field. It has a better templatinbg system, and a more solid backend than aWiz (In my opinion). We had quite a few security issues w/ the last two versions, but I am assured they are fixed in the latest version.
PRO: Good price, solid backend
CON: Fixed templating system (compared to CARMA), less flexible (than CARMA)
3) CARMA. It's much more expensive, but it's worth every penny. If you're trying to manage quite a few sites, then this is definitely the system to use.
If you're looking for TOTAL flexibility in design and the ability to SCRIPT your OWN functions as you need, look no further than CARMA.
PRO: More functionality and flexibility than all others. AMAZING support.
CON: May be priced out of your range.
Hope that helps.
