I have Herpes and dont wear a condom.

Yesterday was a wake up call for me. A gal I was dating came to the house to inform me she has herpes.

I later told her that I had it. Didnt protect myself, and may have given it to her.

She's mad, but I dont want to lose her as a friend.

I really messed up.
