The reason some adult webmasters are arrogant is because they make their money too fast and sometimes unexpectantly from a hobby (not unlike sports players or musicians). You're suddenly faced with a lot of cash and thinking you're site is better than the rest, blah, blah, blah. It's the ones who don't get over that fast and realise, you need to treat everyone without arrogance and with respect, one lost member in 1998 could have cost me $1000's by now and the old business adage stands, a happy customer will tell 2 other people about your product and unhappy customer will tell 10 others about your failings.
Been there, got passed it and having a much better time now.
