I guess it's Britney Spears puking while also hubby Kevin bends over to:
1. cover the shameless act for the paparazzi (but he wasn't aware what the snapshot takers really were interested in);
2. let Britney puke in high fashion designer bag, so that fans won't grab the puke from the streets and sell it on eBay;
3. get also sick of Britneys behavior and pukes along with her.
