How bout if they took some time out from their "Death To America" rallies they'd have time to build a hospital or two to cure/fight the diseases plaguing their country?

Maybe instead of building nuclear weapons and other weapons of war they could build methods to grow food and feed their people?

If children are dying - blame no one but their leaders for it.
