Kangaroo sucks and is only sold to tourist (like me) and covered up with every thing imaginable. Try Emu instead. I can't remember what type of snake it was and it may have been eal which I've always enjoyed so I can't offer opinions on that.

Nice. I'm one of those people who will eat and try almost anything. Eel I've always liked in its sushi form and I haven't tried fugu yet but am dying to.
How did you like the raccoon? I'm not a fan. I had it BBQ'd. That type of meat always reminds me of a big rat.
