This thread made me remember and check out the site
Exotic Meats. Anyone ever try any of this stuff?
I've eaten buffalo, ostrich, buffalo, alligator, frog legs, gopher (turtle), goat, raccoon, and squirrel. I'm from the South, so I grew up eating a lot of weird stuff. Some of the things they sell I wouldn't even think of as "exotic"...like rabbit and lamb. I'm really wanting to try rattlesnake and kangaroo though. Anyone have any stories, recipes, etc?
