OK, I?m looking for advice or anything that might help me in this fight.
My wife and I are trying to open a model studio for streaming video broadcasting. We have found a few offices that would work great for what we want to do. The problem is that the city that the offices are in, want to classify us as Sexually Orientated (which also includes Adult Book Stores, Topless Bars, Strip Joints, etc.) I tried to debate the fact that we will not have customers and rift raft coming to the office. I even tried to push that a photo studio does not fall in this classification yet they can take nude photography.
Needless to say, I was forced to start looking for place in the county (outside city limits), which the county is willing to work with me a bit more.
Now, I found a few places that could work (with a bit of remodeling) but now I have property owners and managers refusing to lease to me because they don?t want to be associated with the adult industry.
I SWEAR I CANT WIN!!!!!
BTW, I am in Colorado and am looking for office space in the northern area of Denver (if anyone can help)
