Here in The Netherlands they don't do 'tests' with your eyes and follow a light. You just have to blow in some machine, and the machine calculates how much alcohol you have used.
My eyes for example get very red and 'tired' when there is a lot of smoke in the area(bars for example) I would fail for every eye test when I come out of it

That was why I asked the cop what kind of test. I wanted to know if it was the breathalizer or the physical test. If it was the breathalizer I was thinking of saying "No, I wont do the test". But then I kind of remembered hearing someone say that if you refuse to take the breathalizer that's automatic that your going to jail. So i'm not really sure what I would have done, luckily it was the physical test, because I was pretty sure I could pass it.
Anyone know if you refuse the breathalizer test what happens?
