People who cant laugh at this guy are the same types that have problems with chapelle, they are offended by his "representation of blacks" as people who watch the tourettes guy feel guilty to laugh, just because it seems wrong.
I do not see how anyone does not have the urge to crack up when they see someone mumbling and slapping them selves silly while their hands are covered in pubic hair shavings in a retarded fashion, it is hard to keep a straight face, same as it is when you see a small yellow schoolbus drive by or see the pics from the special olimpics posted all over the web, it is very hard not to laugh, why do people try so hard to deny the laughter what is so wrong with laughter in this day and age. If you have the urge to laugh, let it out, laughter is a positive element to anyone's daily life, we all need it.
