Its TOTALLY quiet except for the natural noises, its secluded and I can walk 5 miles in 3 directions without seeing a road or hearing a car. Im surrounded on 3 sides by National forest. Man this IS wealth right here. I wouldnt trade this peace and quiet and freedom for 200 k a year... And it's been offered. I turned down a job in November in California. I'm REALLY happy here.
I can also pee off my front porch at 2 pm which is a huge score.
