The name of the site, plus the fact you admitted to promoting the site that had the pop-ups...
AND the fact you said you didnt care if ANYONE said that about you, just me... (Courts don't care if its 1 person or not, you said you didn't care about the fact being said, barring I said it... I dont have an influential place in your income nor your employment, so it doesnt matter... its grounds for immediate closing of said case.)
And quite possibly the fact that pretty much nothing said on this board would stand up in court REGARDLESS...
