heh .. but seriously , that cant be right , there must be a mistake eh , i know banks hate giving money away.. you should bring it up at the next staff meeting , maybe get a bonus or somethings..
p.s. this did happen before with the a bank machine(not having funds ), and last time i went through a painfull run around trying to get my money back , it took plenty of phone calls to epassporte to solve the problem and get my money back.. so i am VERY glad that didnt happen again.. kudos on whatever got fixed to make this process easier ( and profitable )
