A blind link is any link that goes somewhere other than where it says. Text, graphic, or otherwise. It's also a good way to piss people off. Although I must say, for a TGP "skimming" (sending browsers to other TGPs), is pretty much the best way to build your traffic when you first get it started. I hate doing it, and because of that I probably do it less than would be optimal, but the affect it's had on my traffic speaks for itself.
