i live a in a really nice nieghborhood, but 'white trash' moved in, its a newly married couple in their 30's with an 8 yr old (thats only here on the weekends)...they moved into the guys' parents apartment (downstairs from here).
1) why on earth would u live with your parents before AND after your wedding? (its been about 6 months now since the wedding).
2) the wife told me that she has PETS RATS! wtf??!!!

(its acutally against the lease).
3) since they turned the bedroom (below ours) basically into an apartment, i'm woken up every morning between 8am and 10am by him playing a video game and cussing at the top of his lungs and rumbling walls (surround sound maybe??) oh and max people allowed in the apartment is 4 but they have 5 on the weekends wiht their son being here only on the weekends.
4) his kid is circling my office window on one of those power wheels thingys and screaming (no one else is playing with him though)!!! he did this shit ALL LAST NIGHT FOR 4 HOURS TOO!!!!

I had to close the window but its goregous outside, i shouldnt have to close my windows.
5) last month, we heard the guy yelling at his mother really loud, cussing at her and sayin shit like "you're barkin up the wrong fuckin tree!!!" .......what kind of guy yells at their MOTHER that way! That pissed me off.
6) The door is constantly being opened/closed/slammed. I'd guess around 60 or so times a day, all hours of hte day/night.
why the fuck should i have to cater to these people?? I SHOULDNT! So i called the landlord about 7 times in a 30 day period. They sent out "warnings" or whatever. Obvioiusly, they dont give a shit.
Now tomorrow, the landlord is coming by to renew our lease but i REFUSE to live like this, what would YOU ask the landlord to do???? Theres no way in hell Im living here like this, i'll go insane! This is a VERY nice community and why this couple was allowed to move in, i have no clue.
heres a pic of my place, as you can see, its no crappy area. we pay twice as much for this apartment than some of my boyfriends brothers' pay for their mortgages.
