They all have the same backend anyway
Quality depends on the country you call..
Lets say its ok to average / sometimes below average when their slots are full, sometimes it takes a little to get a connection.
I'd suggest SplitInfinity as your "real" VoIP provider for serious calling, I'm still happy with them.
Voipbuster & co. is good as alternative for free calls your main provider would charge you for or if you're a phone-number fetishist
