That is just utterly amazing xenigo!
I did notice once when leasing a place in Florida the agent was asking more questions than she was entitled to get answers to. There was no indication of the biz or anything - just being too damned nosy. It seems to be "custom" with some. Can't remember the detail now, but think it was explained politely that the personal finances of others are not her concern.
Never actually noticed that anywhere else tho - they'd be told where to go in other countries
