I know alot of us have had problems with Epassporte. Well I have about had it. I have had funds disappear then reappear, emailed the owner and a couple other people but never get any emails back. I have called the worthless customer support. Ok so things are really bad but the thing that I just don't get it why the fuck can't I pull a report for all transactions? Our accountant is pulling her hair out because she can't even pull a report for longer than the past 3 months. This is just ridiculous. I consider Epassporte like a bank so imagine if you logged online to your regular bank and could only see the past 3 months of transactions, I think you would be pissed off. So this thread is to let Epassporte know we need things improved. This is only one problem, but I think this one really needs attention. Some competition is going to come soon and I will dump Epassporte in a heartbeat and never look back unless things get better.
