Last I heard they are busy developing their economies, forming trading partners and pulling investment in - apart from taking time out to monitor US spy planes encroaching on their territory.
Doubt ya would have a problem with them encroaching on US territory and it might be a clue to start developing an ecomony at home and take a lesson from them.
Don't mean to be crass spunkmaster, but seriously doubt either country has the slightest interest in attacking the US for some unknown reason - they got other fish to fry.
