Two days and 19 hours of testing later.
First day 4 hours 45 minutes in the morning and then again in the afternoon. I had to guess at one question (what is the minimum backfill amount that you can distribute in one pass before compacting? 4", 6" 12", or 24") I could not find it in any of the books that were allowed.
Second day sucked, all questions about tax law, leins, AIA document, and other bizarre things.
Next week I will have my real estate license. Need to meet with my business bank to start formulating a business plan for land development. I want to start with a small amount of farm land and get it rezoned for single family homes.
Much to learn, but I have been lucky enought to have the adult industry pay the way. It is nice to start a new business in Florida. Two years and hopefully I will be out of the biz, or just not depend on it so much.
Everyone should do this. If I could go back to high school I would skip college and learn to be a land developer.
