Ya gotta truly want it.  Once you get tired of coughing, wasting money, having things turn yellow (the walls, your teeth, etc) then maybe thats when you'll say enough is enough. Check out that website i mentioned, it REALLY helped me out!!!! ALOT!!
Im the last person that everyone thought would stop smoking (i loved it so much and smoked 2+ packs a day). But i did it. And you can too...just stop making excuses and just DO IT already!  You can do it!
