I am so sick of them being this shitty and then telling me nothing is wrong on their end. I am done using them and promoting any program that uses them. Ratios have sucked for well over a month. Mark posts on here that they are not seeing any dip in sales then the rep on the phone says sales are down for everyone, they should really send out a memo to get their story straight.
