It always sounds good on paper but most people still don't make that sort of money. And $1350/month may not be enough to pay the bills if you need to pay for bandwidth and maybe new content regularly too. Plus out of all the people who try...only a handful maybe just 30k users per day. It's usually much less.
Still though, there is good money to be made...you just have to be innovative...
