I won't kiss ass to get a job with a popular adult forum/resource place nor will I show my tits ... It disqusts me that the above guy is respected by those who frequent that board.. I have heard that he has a parole officer for making a bomb threats against his ex wife.. Shrugs...

He sounds like a real loser. I'm with you in that I won't kiss ass to get a job either. I don't have to, my skills speak for themselves.
It's sad that one bad apple (the loser you mentioned), is allowed to give other males in this industry a bad name due to his particular behavior. I've met many really nice men in this industry that have never once disrespected me or treated me as if I were any less than their equal from a webmasters point of view. I guess I've been lucky, eh?
