NONE of my guy friends know jack shit about webmastering shit,
I'm the one that does this full-time. It's because of this sexist crap that I don't even bother, I'd much rather stay home than deal with all the bullshit.
I honestly doubt that anyone would disrespect you or treat you like "content". There are a great many female webmasters in the industry nowadays, and I think that the way you are treated would depend upon the way that you carry yourself. Just my
